Privacy Policy

This policy explains what IPTV Play collects about you and why. The short version is simple. We only collect what we need to run your subscription. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

• Your account details. Your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number, your country and the plan you bought.
• Your service details. Your login, the device you tell us about, the MAC address if you use a MAG box, and any messages you send support.
• Technical records. Your IP address and the times you connect. We keep these for a short while to stop fraud and to plan server capacity.
• A device code, on free trials only. When you ask for a free trial, your browser works out a short code from its own settings and sends it with your request. We use it only to spot repeat trial requests from the same device. It does not tell us your name, and we never use it for advertising.

How we use it

• To run the service. That means sending your login, checking your streams and helping you when you ask.
• To contact you. That means service notices, reminders when your term is ending and replies to your messages.
• To improve the service. We look at totals and patterns, never at what you personally watch.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We never track what you watch to build an advertising profile.
• We never send marketing email unless you ask for it. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own when you browse it. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking tool, and we run no advertising pixels. The only visitor information we see is what our own server records, as described above. There are two exceptions, both on our forms: the device code explained above, and the reCAPTCHA check described below, which sets a Google cookie on the pages that carry a form.

Who else handles your data

We do not sell or rent your details. A small number of companies handle data for us so the service can run, and each may only use it to do that job for us.

• Our web host, which stores this website and its database.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website to keep it fast and to block attacks. It sees the internet address of every visit.
• Google, which provides the reCAPTCHA check on our contact, free trial and order forms. It is there only to stop automated abuse, and it receives your internet address and basic information about how you used the page. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Our email provider, which delivers your login details and our replies.

We will also share information where the law requires it.

Keeping your data safe

The whole website runs over an encrypted connection, and only the people who run the service can reach customer records. No system is perfect. If a problem ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what to do about it.

How long we keep it and your rights

We hold your account and service details because we need them to provide the subscription you bought. We hold the technical records and the free trial device code because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and in planning server capacity. We do not rely on advertising or profiling for any of it.

We keep your account details while your subscription runs. We keep them for a short period afterwards for our billing records. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will deal with a verified request within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Payments

You arrange payment with our support team when you place an order. We never see or store your full card number, and we do not keep any payment details on this website.

Children

This service is not meant for children. You must be 18 or over to request a trial or buy a plan, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp so you can message us or follow our updates channel. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how other websites handle your data.

Changes to this policy

If we change something important we will note it here, and we will update the date at the top of this page. For big changes we will also email account holders.
