Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and IPTV Play. You accept them when you start a free trial, place an order or use the service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

IPTV Play streams live television channels and on demand content over the internet. You get access for the term you buy. A free trial gives you the same service for 24 hours. It stops on its own and never turns into a paid plan. Channel lists and the on demand library change over time. We work to grow them, but we cannot promise that any single channel stays forever.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to request a trial or buy a plan. Adult channels and films are supplied only if you ask for them, and you are responsible for keeping them away from anyone under 18 in your home.

Your login belongs to your household. You may install it on as many of your own devices as you like. The number of streams you can play at the same time is set by your plan. Sharing or reselling your login without a reseller agreement may get your account suspended.

4. Payments and terms

Each plan is one payment for a fixed term. Nothing renews on its own. Subscription prices are shown in US dollars, and reseller credit packs are priced in euros. Prices may change for future orders, but the price of a term you have already bought never changes.

5. Fair use

You agree not to disrupt the service, overload our servers or pass our streams on to other people. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service follows the law where you live.

6. What belongs to whom

The IPTV Play name, logo, website text and images belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The channels and on demand titles you watch belong to the broadcasters and studios that made them. Your subscription lets you watch that content through our service. It does not give you the right to record it, copy it, sell it or show it in public.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Even so, the service is supplied as it is and we cannot promise it will never go down. We give notice of planned maintenance where we can.

8. Our liability

As far as the law allows, the most we can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid for your current term.

9. Ending your access

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the service whenever you like. Refunds follow our refund policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms. An update never changes the price or length of a term you have already paid for.

11. Questions

If anything here is unclear, please contact us and we will explain it.
